Little Mexican Pasties.

Spring onions from our garden




Well, you know when you cook up a big batch of something, and the family dont like it that much, you then have a stack of leftovers.. What to do, i just cant throw  good food out. On this occasion, too good , even for the chooks and dog
So, i gave the said leftovers a makeover and they were good. Popular, you would even say.

    Like you, I hate waste and have many a time created a better meal from left overs. Those pasties remind me of the yummy enchalada's we had in South America.

      THanks Alison, would love to get to South America and have the real deal, but for now i'll just dream about it. I hate waste and i love saving money. so being frugal and a bit creative with food has it's benefits . I might end up saving enough money for some travel !
