Frank's Soup

Cover soup ingrediants with some good stock. Water and a stock cube would be fine.  I would use  chicken or vegetable stock.

It's gone Spring now, but there is still some wintry weather hanging around.Soup weather. I saw this recipe on the TV program "The Circle" one day. The head chef from Movida was making this easy one pot soup. All the ingrediants were put into the pot whole. Then cooked for an hour or so and whizzed up with a blender or stick blender. Frank put in his pot ,some LENTILS, CHORIZO sausage, CAPSICUM, TOMATOES, GARLIC, PUMPKIN, andONION. I've made it, it's good, especially with the smokey paprika flavour from the chorizo. THanks Frank....

  1. God I'm obsessed with chorizo, I've gotta try this! What sort of lentils did he specify, do you remember?

  2. Well, i think i used yellow split peas for memory, and that's what it looks like in Photo. But that is because of what i had in my pantry. I reckon you could use any lovely legume. Red lentils, green lentils yellow split pea and such. They are all good !
