Home-made Flatbread

If i could or had time to, i would love to make my own bread. You know whats in it, you can add your extra seeds and grains, and it's a healthier option. The only preservative in homemade bread is the oil content. I use olive oil, or yoghurt. Homemade pizzas are great. Sometimes i get some dough from a local baker/winemaker. It is amazing. I make cheese and bacon rolls for the kids lunches.
I make a bit of a slushy mix with yoghurt, lemon juice and salt and pepper. To that i add, some Atta Flour. It is the flour they use to make Naan and other Indian breads. It has a higher protein but lower gluten content. It als makes it nice and dense and chewy. I play around with quantities. You could add some spices like cumin, coriander or turmeric. I cook it in a heated frypan, brown both sides. It's done...

I get this flour from Indian Grocery Stores. So for my lunch, flatbread with diced tomatoes, yoghurt, mint, and some dukkah...nice
