CAKE

Lets make cake...my mum's yoghurt cake. I use this basic recipe with so many combunations. Rhubarb and apple crumble, peach and raspberry, raspberry coconut, i add some cocoa with berries, blueberries, jam, lots...
Here's the recipe. It is so easy.
Mix 1 cup of oil with 1 1/2 cups caster sugar,  2 eggs,  375g natural yoghurt and some vanilla essence...
Sift in 2 cups of Self Raising flour. That's it. Pour into standard greased and lined cake tin and bake for 50 mins or so in mod oven. Do the skewer test. Now i either swirl fruit in before i bake, or i lay fruit on top and make a little bit of crumble to sprinkle over. Just some flour,butter and sugar rubbed in together. Google a crumble recipe and follow that..



I iced this one with a white chocolate frosting and some blackberries..
