Cannelloni...


I do seem to have a flux of silverbeet. Not sure if that is even a word. But always thinking of ways to use it.
This is my latest way to use Silverbeet or Rainbow Chard.
Cannelloni with ricotta and silverbeet. There's that word again. Silverbeet, it almost sounds glamourous. Sterling silver beet..
so  i get some ricotta and add some chopped S Beet, grated parmesan, chopped spring onion, nutmeg and salt and pepper.
i push this mixture into some cannelloni tubes
i lay them in a baking dish
then i pour over some bottled tomato passata
and sprinkle with lots more cheese
We have a green house..



then bake in moderate oven for 40 to 50 mins
